Rachel has been an expert witness for the UK civil courts since 2011, receiving claimant, defendant and joint party instructions. She provides independent psychological reports for the UK civil courts in the fields of personal injury, including work-place incidents, as well as assaults, road traffic accidents, clinical negligence and professional negligence.
Rachel has received Bond Solon training in excellence in report writing, and training on the detection of malingering and deception in legal psychological assessment.
